Wireless DVR security? Can someone PLEASE help me?

My wife manages 2 small buildings about 100 feet from one another.
We need to go to China for a family emergency for a month.
One building has internet the other dosent.

Is there a cheap DVR that can multiplex 2 cameras (one at each building)? And, that will record on motion detection?
And be viewable from the internet?

And is there a wireless camera that will conform to that DVR's command to record on motion, and have the range to reach it?

(I was thinking of an RCA [a/v]wireless transmitter for the Remote Camera...Bad reception?)

Need cheap simple and quick. I'm no IT guy.
