The Samsung LN40B750, with 240hz motion engine and a 150,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio: Price unknown

or

The Samsung UN40B6000 with LED backlighting, 120hz motion engine, and a 1,000,000:1 super dynamic contrast ratio: $2,000.

240hz is in it's infancy so all of the kinks haven't been worked out. LED backlighting lasts almost forever and produces the best black levels you can get in a LCD TV. I would go with the LED.
