Help-Really desperate-Computer Trouble?

Well, i have trouble on my computer-its got to the point where i have to use my cousins computer in fear of my computer to get worse. The problem started when i downloaded a program. Suddenly viruses and spyware enterd my door. In response, I went to best buy and bought Spy Detector and CA Antivirus. i presumed the problem will be fixed. It fought all the viruses except remaining antispyware applications and trojans remaining. Many have told me to reinstall my computer but i am missing the cd. I have 2 questions can i use the cd from another dell xp owner (i have the computer id-registeraion)and 2nd if can't how do i remove the trojens and antispyware applications making my computer slow?

If tjose programs didnt work, you might want to consider a Windows registry cleaner. I use one called RegCure on a monthly basis and it finds and resolves and fragmented, corrupted or missing files in my machine. Here is the site I used. They provide you with all the comparisons of the top registry cleaners, however I would only use RegCure if I were you. It's the only one I have had great success with.
