32" LCD video settings?

I just bought a 32" LC HDTV 1080 P LG model TV and The video quality isn't as good as at the stores. I need help finding out best settings for the picture quality.
i do have direct tv and HD channels.

You probably didn't want to hear this....You will need to get the manual out and read about how to get into the TV menu to change the settings.
Each TV is different and I have a different brand, but if you read the manual you should be able to make adjustments.
