What horror movie does this sound like - a bit long, but not too long?

So the other day I saw a gif on Tumblr, but I didn't save it so I can only describe what I saw.

The filming was quite grainy, as though it was done on a hidden night vision camera. There was a woman stood next to the camera looking around (completely scared-shitless) and she had clear tape over her mouth. Behind her there was a thing walking around on all fours with a mask over it's face. It was only when it came up to her that the mask was on it's neck and on it's face it was wearing a sort of beaked mask. He had these sort of drill-like needles on his index and middle fingers, and at the end of the gif he went to stick them in her neck.

And the dude wasn't Freddy Krueger, I've clarified that much. Thanks for any help I may recieve ~
The first mask was on the top of his head (scalp), not his neck. Sorry ~
